As part of A Good Week, we’re putting on 2 drop-in yoga sessions at the Library Lab in Willesden Green!
Taking part in either of these sessions would be Good to shake off a stressful day at work, think about where you’re going in life or just to get your body moving.
Now’s the chance to get to that yoga session you’ve been meaning to get to or to try it out for your first time…for free!
